About Naomi
Approach
Naomi began practicing Pilates following an injury as a way to support her body with low-impact exercise. She quickly fell in love with the practice after experiencing transformative effects in mind and body. Her mission as a Pilates teacher is to share feel-good, form-focused movement that aligns the body and is kind to the mind. She integrates classical pilates philosophy with a contemporary understanding of body mechanics to develop classes that leave you feeling strong, centered,
Credentials
Naomi is an RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) through Yoga Alliance, having completed her study at Epic Yoga DC’s teacher training program.
She is completing her comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body, the leading global educator for Pilates certifications. To date, she has completed her Mat Pilates and Reformer courses.
Group Classes
Naomi teaches group mat classes at Epic Yoga DC and group reformer and tower Pilates at Twist Pilates, both located in the center of Dupont Circle. She also teaches a weekly apprentice class at Fuse Pilates on 14th.
